Africa: Magnum 80 provides asphalt for central Ghana

TCP (Town & Concrete Properties Ltd.) from Ghana has acquired a Magnum 80 plant to supply infrastructure works in the central region of the African country. The new plant is located in a strategic region near by the town of Sunyani, which previously received asphalt from the Capital Accra, 500 km away.

The choice for the Magnum 80 was taken because it is a compact and entirely portable machine with production up to 80 t / h. The plant assures great savings in terms of time and can be assembled in just two days, providing more agility in the field. Its operation is fully automated, giving the operator absolute control over all processes, ensuring the production of high quality asphalt mix.

In the old times the asphalt used to take about 10 hours to reach the region that is now supplied directly by the Magnum 80 built by Marini Latin America.
